How it works
Four steps, in plain terms. You tell us about the building, we plan it, we install it, and then we look after it.

Step 1 of 4
Tell us about the building
Size, who is in it, the hours it keeps, and where a machine or a market could sit. A short message is enough to start. If you have a floor plan or a photo of the break room, send it.

Step 2 of 4
We walk the space and come back with a plan
We look at the room, the power and water access, and how people move through the floor. Then you get a written plan: what we would place, what it would carry, and how service would run.

Step 3 of 4
We install it around your hours
Delivery, placement, and setup happen when the building can take them, using the freight elevator and dock times your team gives us. We test every payment method before we leave.

Step 4 of 4
We keep it running
Restocking, cleaning, and repairs are ours. You call one number for anything that needs attention, and we adjust the product mix as we learn what the building buys.
What the timing looks like
The order is always the same, and the pace depends on your building. Access for delivery, the equipment involved, and how quickly a walkthrough can be scheduled all move it.
- First. A conversation and a walk through the space.
- Next. A written plan for what we would place and how service would run.
- Then. Equipment ordered and delivery scheduled with your building.
- Install. Setup and testing around your hours.
- Ongoing. Restocking, cleaning, and repairs, on a schedule that fits the traffic.
What we handle, so your team does not
We supply and own the equipment, stock it, clean it, service it, and answer the calls when something goes wrong. Your facilities team gives us access and a place to put it.
Product mixes change as buildings change. If your floor turns over or a team asks for something specific, tell us and we adjust the next restock.
